I became a fan of hockey when I watched the 2018 Stanley Cup Finals and the magical run of the Las Vegas Golden Knights to the Finals in their first season. When I found professional women’s hockey, I followed the NWHL starting with their 2020-2021 COVID bubble season, a time when many women’s sports took advantage of the spotlight that these bubble seasons brought them.
Women’s professional hockey is now under the umbrella of the PWHL, who streams their games live on YouTube. Today, I’m watching the New York Sirens play the Minnesota Frost. The matches are made available to view in demand after they’re finished, so you can also check them out!
