As the Christmas season begins, I made my way to On Tap to enjoy a classic cheeseburger and some holiday beer.

It’s officially Christmas season, though I got a head start on my holiday beers last week. This is a Cleveland winter ale which brings a spicy and malty flavor.

If I remember correctly, the brew master who created the classic Great Lakes Christmas Ale moved to Thirsty Dog and gave us this fresh take on the original.
