I currently keep all of my media and documents on a 8 TB USB hard drive plugged into my iMac. While this works for my current needs, I would like to set up a NAS on my network which could host my Plex server as well as provide Nextcloud and Immich services. The idea of a NAS which would use NVMe SSD drives is also very appealing. Lo and behold, The Untitled Linux Show talked about such a device, the Netdisk by Youyeetoo. This incredibly small device can take up to four 4 TB SSDs and features multiple interfaces, including two 2.5 Ghz Ethernet networking ports. This would give me plenty of speed for both my internal network, as well as excellent streaming speeds for when I’m out of the house.
So, who wants to buy me one?
