My wife and I started watching The Sandman TV Series on Netflix, so I thought I should also renew my acquaintance with the source material. It is amazing that the series is able to capture both the mood and the imagery of the comic book, which itself is so iconic, though I’m glad the series removes all the references to the DC Universe and lives in its own world.
