What blows me away about today’s event isn’t that I took 1143 photos.
No, what blows me away is that, with a couple simple changes to my camera settings, my photos are SO. MUCH. BETTER.
Much thanks to my friend and expert marching arts photographer, Charlie Groh, who took time to talk with me this morning before the event and gave me excellent advice that I was able to implement almost immediately.
I have uploaded the photos to my Smugmug account. Note that these are the unedited photos, straight from the camera, so some will look better than others.
