I have a soft spot for Baldwin High School. There were a few years where I would drive out to Baldwin during the drum corps season to cover the show they hosted for Drum Corps Planet and Drum Corps World. While I haven’t been out that way in some time, I’ve been able to see their band perform at the Norwin Band Festival for the past four years.
This year, the Highlander band went with a criminal heist theme, complete with masks on the guard and a “jail” on the field. The band and fans are both having a fun time with this show, and I was glad to get a few good shots of their performance at the festival.
