My Technology Dichotomy

Kevin GaminMarch 26, 2024March 26, 2024

I’m torn.

On the one hand, I’m in the process of moving over to open source software and services. Eventually, I hope to also move to Linux supporting hardware.

On the other hand, Affinity Software is offering a deal on their photo editing and publishing software. 30% off of all three software packages, with no subscription (SCREW YOU, ADOBE!!!), which run on Windows, Mac, and iOS.

Not Linux. Not Android.

So, do I get the software and stay with Apple? Do I continue with my plans and learn how to use software like GIMP?

I’m torn.
