While announcing the 2023 Norwin Band Festival yesterday, I also was able to take a good number of photos of the performing bands throughout the show. Despite the weather, which Tropical Storm Ophelia made less than ideal, all 17 high school and 2 college marching bands took the field and put on great performances.
